  • How long does it take to turn around the basic boxes?

    Depending on the number of boxes ordered we can turnaround in 3-4 weeks from sign-off.

  • How much notice is needed for custom orders?

    We will always do our very best to accommodate your timelines and customisation requests! Talk to us about your ideas today.

  • What do we require from you?

    All required information is found in our order enquiry form.

  • Do you offer gift assembly including our own products?

    Yes, we can include any existing business items that you require to be added to the gift, up to a limit of A3 size and 2kg.

  • What are your delivery options?

    Typically we send by Australia Post with tracked standard and express options available. We can also send to New Zealand. If you require courier, we can also organise that as well. Pricing is subject to package weight and destination.

  • Can you custom design welcome letters or other collateral to be added to my gift box?

    Absolutely! All we need from you is your brand/logo guidelines and the copy for the letter.

  • Does the price of the boxes become cheaper if you order a large number?

    Depending on how many boxes you are ordering, we may be able to realise some significant savings for you for large orders. Get in touch with our team to discuss today.
